Site investigations begin for South West Rugby development applications

The investigations will run to the end of the month and information gathered will be used to support planning applications for the major development site.

HOMES England confirmed last week that investigations had begun to look at ground conditions for the ‘Homestead View’ development and link road.

‘Homestead View’ is the name given to approximately 4,000-home development in South West Rugby.

The investigations began on 8th March and will continue until the end of the month.

Homes England wrote: “The results from the investigations will help inform proposed drainage and earthworks strategies as well as detailed design information for the Homestead Link Road.
