Council website to help people reduce carbon footprint

And Government data shows emissions in the borough have been decreasing since 2005 but still stand at 1.8 million tonnes of CO2 for the last year on record.

RUGBY Borough Council this week launched a new website to help people and businesses in the community to share ideas on reducing their carbon footprint.

The ‘Rugby Net Zero’ site was developed following Rugby’s Climate Summit in September and is part of Rugby’s commitment to go reduce its carbon emissions to zero.
