The owners of Thurlaston Meadows Care Home, Eastdene Investments Ltd, have submitted a planning application to extend the building and demolish an air raid shelter.
Proposed changes to the building would bring an extra 941 square metres of floor space, allowing for seven extra bedrooms as well as a sun-room and a kitchen extension.
