THERE’S a new website promoting the 5,000-home South West Rugby development, giving it the name ‘Homestead View’.

The website is run by Kent-based marketing company Pillory Barn, who also organised the link road consultation on behalf of Government agency Homes England.

It was launched in partnership with the South West Rugby allocation’s landowners and developers: Homes England, L&Q Estates, Richborough Estates and Taylor Wimpey.

Homes England Senior Planning and Enabling Manager Ben Frodsham said: “The platform is a space for local residents and those interested in the area to learn about our ambitions and plans for the years to come at Homestead View.

“We will be using it to share key information about our plans for new housing, employment opportunities and community amenities, as well as details of the Homestead View Link Road that will alleviate traffic pressures on Dunchurch and surrounding villages.
