Bilton’s Cheese on the Green is an independent fine cheese shop, run by cheese specialist Richard Cooper and his team, selling cheeses, giftware, speciality pickles, chutneys, biscuits and crackers.
From Alpine Creamy cheese all the way to Yorkshire Blue, via Montagnolo, Wyfe of Bath and (reporter’s favourite!) Gjetost - there are cheeses from across the UK and Europe.
The date for pre-orders has now passed, but you can still call in to the shop to buy your Christmas cheeses.
Christmas hours at Cheese on the Green are:
Sunday 12th December: closed
Monday 13th to Saturday 18th December: open 9am to 5pm
Sunday 19th December: closed
Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd December: open 9am to 5:30pm
Friday 24th December: open 9am to 1pm
Saturday 25th to Tuesday 28th December: closed
Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th December: open 9am to 5pm
Friday 31st December: open 9am to 1pm
Saturday 1st January: closed
